About Leap
Easy
Experience an easy to use and easy to understand app, It is very simple and very fast to request for a ride, just enable LOCATION on your phone, enter you pickup location, and enter your destination, or allow the app to pin point your location, and you are good to go. An estimated fare for your journey will be displayed before you can request.
Safety
Your safety is important to us, that’s why we have features to increase you safety while riding with us.
We ensure that you can see the rider’s name, phone number and we have the riders ID incase required by law enforment agencies. You can also share your information and your real-time location to anyone, though the “Share the ride” button, to social media, email, whatsapp, SMS etc.
Travel Options
You can chose to register for different ranges of car’s , ranging from a small simple 4 seater car, luxury cars and 7 seater cars. You can also register for more than one car, if you own more than one car, you are allowed to register all the cars under one profile. However all cars will still need each driver signed up independently to be able to use Leap.
You can see an estimate of your ride total charge, before accepting a ride.
Some riders will schedule for a ride using the SCHEDULE RIDE option on the rider app, drivers have the option to accept and reject the ride, depending on their availability working times.
You can also call in and request us to re- assign a ride to another driver, in case of an emergency or change of mind.
DRIVERS benefits?
Taxi drivers and car owners can make extra money by using Leap App, because now you will be receiving taxi business from anywhere, at anytime, without necessarily having to go for ranking. Also you will now be getting new customers that you would not have got before, if you were packed at one location and customers had to come to find you physically, now customers will find you though the app, no matter where you are and no matter where they are.
Taxi drivers who would like to make extra money are encouraged to download the driver app, and Sign Up, we will contact everyone who has signed up, to verify if they meet all the requirements to use the app, and assist by directing those who do not qualify, to the necessary channels in order to qualify to use Leap app.
Divers have the power to set their own schedule’s and enjoy full benefits of being available for requests on Leap, when they want to work. Enjoy FREE usage of the app until December 2021, thereafter you will continue to enjoy full benefits of Leap Taxi App, for a low monthly subscription.
Rate Your Driver and Tips
At the end of a ride, riders have the option to submit a rating of a drivers’ service, letting us know of anything they appreciate or did not like about your service.
NOTE that continued use of GPS LOCATION running in the background mode can impact your battery life, you must keep your phone fully charged and carry a charger with you at all times, you can also switch off GPS LOCATION when you are not using your app.

Drivers are going to benefit special discounts and special offers, with our new membership platform that will be introduced soon.
